The CANEUS organization recently established an international "MNT Reliability" Working Group in partnership with the French Space Agency - CNES (Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales), CCT-MCE (Centres de Compétence Technique - Microsystèmes et Composants Electroniques) to host the international "MNT Reliability for Aerospace" Workshop in Toulouse, France, from May 29-30, 2008.

The CANEUS "MNT Reliability" Working Group is an international forum promoting the advancement of a broad range of issues related to reliability of Micro and Nano-devices and systems for use by the global aerospace industry; technical solutions to deal with MEMS Design for Reliability, Virtual Prototyping, Technology Analysis, Failure Analysis, Test, Qualification, and System versus Component reliability trades.
